This is, in my opinion, quite a simple dish, we almost always have all the necessary ingredients at hand, and in the end we get incredibly tasty zrazs that your whole family will appreciate.

How to make

1. For bread, cut off the crust and pour it with milk, leave for 15-20 minutes

2. Peel the onions (1 pc.) and cut into small cubes.

3. Put the mince in a bowl, add chopped onion, egg, salt and pepper.

4. Then add the soaked bread and mix all the ingredients. Minced meat should be well kneaded and knocked out.

5. Add breadcrumbs to a separate plate. With wet hands, tear off a small piece of minced meat and form a flat cake.

6. We put in the middle a pre-prepared filling: onions fried in oil and chopped boiled eggs.

7. We connect the edges and immediately form them, wrap them in breadcrumbs.
