How to make

1. Let the rice boil. In a pan in olive oil, fry the onion cut into small cubes and the carrots grated on a coarse grater. Cook, stirring constantly for about 15 minutes, then set aside and let cool.

2. Remove the meat from the bones and leave it with the skin. Rinse the meat well and dry it. Rub with salt and pepper.

3. You should get longitudinal pieces of meat into which the filling will be wrapped.

4. When the rice and carrots have cooled, mix them and season to taste.

5. Place the filling on a piece of chicken (the skin should remain outside).

7. Place the wrapped pieces carefully and fairly tightly in a baking dish. Sprinkle the chicken pieces with spices. Then put to bake in the oven (180 degrees) for about 50 minutes.
