This is one of our family's favorite dishes. Most often we cook on weekends, when all relatives gather. Everyone is pleased to indulge in such delicious, juicy, soft and fragrant bell peppers. Many of my friends bake this dish in the oven, but I personally only cook stewed bell peppers, because this way the dish gets much juicier, and peppers themselves become very soft.
