I am sharing my very favorite yellow tomato sauce recipe for winter. The taste is very rich, slightly sweet, with a hint of garlic. Perfect for seasoning soups, with meat.

Required ingredients::
 - 
													Yellow tomatoes2 kilograms
 - 
													Onions2 pcs (medium size)
 - 
													Bay leaf2 pcs
 - 
													Pepper4~5 pcs
 - 
													Sugar2 spoons
 - 
													Lemon juice2 spoons
 - 
													Salt2 teaspoons
 - 
													Garlic2~4 lobes

How to make
 - 
                                                    
1. Prepare all the ingredients. - 
                                                    
2. Wash the tomatoes, grind them with a meat grinder until pureed. Next, chop the onions. -

3. Transfer the onions and tomatoes to the pot. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes. - 
                                                    
4. Then strain through a sieve to remove the skin and seeds. - 
                                                    
5. Pour the sauce back into the pot, add salt and sugar, bay leaves and black pepper. Cook for about an hour on medium heat, stirring constantly. -

6. At the end, add chopped garlic and lemon juice. Cook for another 5 minutes.
