How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water and dry them. Also wash the dill and garlic.

2. Transfer the potatoes to a large baking pan; they should be in one layer. If you have a pan with an iron handle, it is perfect for this dish. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and rub each potato thoroughly. Send the form with potatoes to the oven heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

3. After the specified time, remove the pan from the oven, each potato must be turned over, as it will brown on the bottom. Place the potatoes in the oven for another 20 minutes.

4. Remove the baking tray from the oven again and, if the potatoes are cooked, pierce the potatoes with a knife, then add chopped garlic, dill, salt and pepper to taste.
