How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Peel the ginger. Cut into thin slices.

3. Into 150 ml. dissolve the salt in the water.

4. Transfer the ginger to a pot, cover with salt water. Leave it for 30 minutes.

5. Put on, boil and immediately remove. Cool slightly.

6. Mix sugar in a glass, 50 ml. warm water and vinegar. Mix it up.

7. Pour the ginger on a sieve, let the liquid drain.

8. Transfer the ginger to a glass container. I used a 220 gram jar for this amount of ingredients.

9. Peel the beets and cut them into thin slices.

10. Add the beetroot slices to the ginger. Pour the marinade. If the ginger is not completely covered in the marinade, add more apple cider vinegar to fill the jar. Cover and leave at room temperature for 3 days.
