I want to draw your attention to a very quick and great-looking snack. These rolls will decorate any table. Pay attention to the recipe! Choose cucumbers that are hard, smooth and long. It is most convenient to make strips with a wide razor. If you don't have a pastry bag, you can fill the rolls with a regular resealable bag. Place a spoonful of the mixture in one corner of the bag, cut off the tip of the bag and fill the rolls.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the Shrimp and Cucumber Rolls. - 
                                                    
2. Boil the shrimp in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain the water, cool and clean the shrimp. Leave a few for decoration, finely chop the rest. -

4. Finely chop the dill and add to the bowl with the cream cheese and shrimp. - 
                                                    
5. Mix everything and season with salt to taste, if necessary. -
