It is most convenient to make strips with a wide razor. If you don't have a pastry bag, you can fill the rolls with a regular resealable bag. Place a spoonful of the mixture in one corner of the bag, cut off the tip of the bag and fill the rolls.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the Shrimp and Cucumber Rolls.
