Avocado is a very healthy product. It contains a large amount of healthy fats necessary for the human body. I offer a recipe for avocado sauce as a salad dressing. Try it! Avocado sauce is perfect not only for salads, but also for fish, meat, egg dishes. If you choose the right avocado, soft and ripe, the sauce will be mega-tasty. The avocado itself is quite neutral, absorbs bright tastes, envelops the tender, buttery pulp and combines into a single whole. The sauce is somewhat similar to the famous guacamole, but is sharper and brighter. I share a recipe for preparing such an infusion. Avocado puree is quite thick, so it will need to be slightly diluted with water. I take a glass, but if the sauce seems thick to you, you can add a little more water.
