Cooking timeAbout recipe
Even an ordinary fresh cucumber salad will shine with new colors if you add basil and vegetable oil dressing. This salad can be made all year round. The salad is light, pleasantly sour, perfect for lunch or a light dinner. Apple cider vinegar can be replaced with lemon juice or wine vinegar. Onions can be omitted or replaced with regular ones, and if you want, add any greens to your taste in the salad. If you want a stronger flavor of the salad, let it sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, but no longer.
