Shakushka is a hearty and nutritious dish prepared from eggs, tomatoes, sweet peppers, onions, garlic and spices. This option of the dish will be a nutritious breakfast for the whole family. How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Peel onions, garlic and bell pepper. Wash and dry the vegetables. Cut the onion into small cubes, chop the garlic also finely, cut the pepper into strips.

3. Heat a little olive oil in a pan, add onions, bell pepper and garlic. While stirring for a few minutes, fry the vegetables.

4. Put the tomatoes in the pan with your own juice, add paprika, chili, salt and pepper to taste.

5. Simmer the sauce for 5-6 minutes over low heat. Then be sure to take a sample and adjust the taste of the sauce with salt and pepper. If you wish, you can add a pinch of sugar if you like sweeter sauces. Also in the sauce make three wells.
