Prepare a rich, fluffy semolina cake your guests will be very pleased. The peculiarity of this pastry is that there is no wheat flour in the dough. To enhance the taste, you can optionally add raisins or coconut shavings to the dough, or you can sprinkle the cake with melted chocolate - it gets even tastier. Pay attention to the recipe!

How to make

1. Immediately prepare all the ingredients.

2. Put the semolina in a large bowl and pour it with milk.

3. Mix these ingredients and leave for 30 minutes so that the semolina swells.

4. Carefully divide the eggs into whites and yolks.

5. Put the yolks in a separate bowl and add sugar. Beat these ingredients with a mixer until you get a light mixture.

6. Put the egg whites in another bowl and add a pinch of salt. Beat these ingredients until stiff peaks.

7. In a bowl with a mixture of yolks, add semolina swollen in milk, stir until the mixtures are completely mixed.

9. And stir gently until you get a homogeneous, fluffy dough.

10. Line the spring baking sheet with baking paper and smooth out all the prepared dough on top with a spoon. Bake the cake at 180 degrees in an already preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
