A delicious quick cake. You just need to make the cream, because the base of the cake will be made of cookies. And the longer the cake stands, the tastier it becomes. Instead of frosting, you can cover the top of the cake with melted chocolate or sprinkle with cookie crumbs. The cake is perfectly complemented by fresh or frozen berries and mint.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the cookie cake.

2. Put the eggs in a deep pot and beat with a mixer until fluffy.

3. Add condensed milk to the eggs.

4. Dissolve the starch in milk and pour it into a pot with eggs and condensed milk. Mix everything until smooth. Put it on, bring it to a boil over low heat. Remove from heat, allow to cool completely.

5. Add softened butter to the cooled cream and beat until smooth and fluffy.

6. Use a culinary form without a bottom, in this case 20 * 12 centimeters is used. And put one layer of cookies inside.

7. Divide the cream into three parts and cover the cookies with one part of the cream.

8. Add another layer of cookies and press a little to the cream.

9. Grease the cookies again with cream. Place the third row of cookies, and spread all the remaining cream on top of the cake. Place the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours, or even better overnight, so that the cookies are soaked and soft.
