The snack made from simple ingredients can be served in such a way that it will become the star of the table. We offer one of the options made from beets, herring and peas. Pay attention to the recipe! A great option for a quick snack, if there are boiled beets. A great option if unexpected guests have arrived and you need to quickly cover the table. If you are not in a hurry and want to beautifully cut the herring, I recommend freezing the fillet a little. Beets are best baked in the oven or microwave, then they will not be watery.
