Salmon cutlets are the perfect lunch or dinner option for the whole family. Today I propose to prepare a non-classical version of salmon. Cutlets are soft and very tasty. The cutlets have melted butter inside, and on the outside a thin crispy crust. When cooking in the oven, cutlets are less high-calorie and practically do not need to be watched. They go well with a vegetable side dish or just salad.
