The finished dish is characterized by a pleasant sweetness of soy sauce and honey, as well as the aroma of oregano. The dish can be served with any side dish. Trout belongs to the salmon fish family. Most representatives of this species are characterized by an exquisite taste, and are also rich in vitamins and minerals. When cooking, it is important not to overdo it with spices, since a large amount of them can disrupt the delicate taste of fish. A special taste and aroma will be given to the fish by soy sauce, honey and a little oregano. If you cook steaks or whole fish, increase the cooking time. Do not forget to carefully eviscerate all the fish. When serving, sprinkle the fish with lemon juice.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. For cooking trout in soy sauce, you can use pieces of fillet (like mine), steaks, fillets in large pieces or whole fish. I like the choice in small pieces without skin and bones, it can be served immediately with any side dish. I do not add salt, because soy sauce is salty. If necessary, add.
-
2. Put the sliced fish in a suitable container. Make sure that the fillet has no bones.
-
-
3. Add olive oil, soy sauce, honey, dried oregano and ground black pepper to the fish.
-
4. Mix the fish with all the ingredients and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
-
5. Transfer the fish along with the marinade to a baking dish. We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. It is important not to dry the fish! As soon as it starts to rummage a little, pull it out!
