The Pickled herring is very simple to prepare. If you come across a very salty herring, pickling according to this recipe will make it very tasty: all the salt will go to the marinade. And if the herring is almost unsalted, add a third of a teaspoon of salt to the marinade - and everything will come out very tasty!

How to make

1. First we clean the herring, pick out all the bones.

7. We pour everything with marinade, roll the jar with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours. During pickling, we shake the jar a couple of times or turn it over so that the marinade is distributed over the fish.
