How to make

1. To prepare the roll, prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse the meat thoroughly under running water and dry it with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

2. With a sharp knife, carefully cut the bone out of the shin.

3. Cut the meat off the shin and spread it over the entire surface in an even layer.

4. Cut the chicken fillet and lay out on top of the meat.

5. Sprinkle everything with salt and spices. Add garlic squeezed through a press. Use spices to your liking. Ground pepper, paprika, dried herbs can be added.

7. Wrap tightly in foil and put in the refrigerator for 12 hours so that the roll marinates.

8. Bake the roll in an oven at 190 degrees for 2 hours.
