When choosing fish for your meal, choose a fillet with the skin on. Cherry tomatoes can be replaced with regular tomatoes. It is advisable to use cream with a fat content of at least 15%.

How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Prepare the salmon. Cut into pieces and sprinkle with salt.

3. Heat 40 ml in a pan. vegetable oil. Fry the fish quickly. As soon as they start to turn white, immediately transfer to a plate.

4. Cut the tomatoes into balls or slices. Peel and chop the garlic.

5. Heat 30 ml in a pan. vegetable oil. Transfer the tomatoes and garlic to it. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.

6. Add the chopped basil and simmer for another 3 minutes.

7. Then pour the cream. Stir and heat for 5 minutes while stirring.

8. Add spinach to the pan. Simmer until the spinach wilts a bit.

9. Put the fish on top of the spinach, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, covered with a lid. After that, the dish can be served at the table.
