How to prepare cottage cheese casserole? That's what my mother taught me. In my childhood, it was the cheapest, fastest and most delicious cake.

How to make

1. Soak the raisins in boiling water for 3-4 hours.

2. While the raisins are soaking, add the eggs in a bowl, add sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar, vanillin, salt and beat until smooth.

3. Add raisins to the resulting mass, add semolina (6 tablespoons), baking soda and mix everything again until smooth. Leave for 15-20 minutes.

4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with a tablespoon of semolina to form a crispy crust. Now put the mold in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
