Very tasty and juicy paprika and tomato salad. You can serve with meat and poultry, potatoes and cereal dishes. The recipe is simple, and the result is a delicious preparation for the winter. Be sure to choose unripe vegetables without harm. The salad has a spicy taste due to herbs, garlic and chilli. Adjust the amount of chilli to your liking. From this amount of ingredients, 1 jar per 800 ml of ready-made salad is obtained.

How to make

1. Lets prepare the ingredients.

2. Pour the chopped onion into the pan with vegetable oil and put to fry.

3. Add coarsely chopped bell peppers. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally over medium heat.

5. Pour in salt, sugar and herbs. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
