If there are not so many mushrooms in your basket, and they are all strong, but different, prepare a mushroom assorted from them. It is very fun to open such a jar and enjoy winter at once with all the mushrooms. Store jars with mushroom assorted in a dark, cool and dry place. If you don't like cinnamon, you can refuse it, but I would leave the cloves.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Sort the mushrooms, remove the cut and old ones. Cut large mushrooms into pieces, shorten too long legs. Put the mushrooms in a saucepan, pour 2 liters of water and add 1 tbsp. l a spoonful of salt. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Dry in a colander and rinse with cold water, let the water drain.

3. For the marinade, pour a liter of water into a stainless steel saucepan. Add salt, sugar, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper and pour vinegar. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 2 minutes.

4. Put the boiled mushrooms in the marinade and simmer for 20 minutes.

5. While the mushrooms are boiling, wash the jars with soda with hot water and fill the jars with water about 2 inches high. Put in the microwave and sterilize the jars for 4 minutes at full power. Wash the lids and cook for 10 minutes.

6. Lay out the prepared mushrooms with marinade to the very top. Make sure that there is no air left inside.

7. Roll the jars with hot lids, turn them upside down and wrap until completely cooled.
