How to make

1. Prepare the vegetables: wash them well. -
2. Cut the tomatoes into pieces, chop. Can be ground in a meat grinder or passed through a juicer. -

3. Put the tomato puree on the fire and cook for 10 minutes -
4. Remove the seeds from the peppers, cut off the tails. -
5. Coarsely chop. -

6. Peel and coarsely chop the onion. -
7. Add peppers and onions to the prepared tomato puree. -

8. Add greens, salt, sugar, oil and vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly. -
9. And boil for 20-25 minutes. -
10. The salad is ready. -
