Everyone knows that potatoes and meat go well together. I offer another option for this combination and will tell you how to make potato rolls with meat - a hearty and original dish. When the rolls are ready, they will acquire a pleasant golden crust. It is better to serve the dish hot, with herbs and sour cream. For the filling, instead of minced meat, you can use finely chopped meat. But in this case, the meat must first be slightly fried.

How to make

1. First you need to prepare mashed potatoes, which will serve as the basis. Peel the potatoes, chop and cook until tender. With a potato grater, grind the potatoes to a puree state, add a little milk.

2. When the puree has cooled, you need to put starch and 1 egg in it and mix everything thoroughly. Then start adding flour to the dough. The dough must be hard enough to be able to roll it. Roll out the finished dough into a sausage about 5 cm thick and cut into pieces.

3. Now its time for the filling. Add finely chopped greens, finely chopped onion, two hard-boiled and finely chopped eggs to the minced meat. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.

4. Roll out the cut pieces of dough into small circles. Periodically sprinkle the work surface and rolling pin with flour so that the dough does not stick together. Put a spoonful of filling on the circles and wrap the roll. Roll the rolls in breadcrumbs, sprinkle a little paprika on top. Put them on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
