Tender and tasty potato cutlets are an excellent breakfast, dinner or lunch. It is not at all difficult to make them. Pay attention to the recipe! It is better to use potatoes for cutlets without crumbling, that is, with a minimum amount of starch. Instead of onion letters, onions fried in butter can be added. You can serve cutlets with any sauce and fresh vegetables. They are tasty both hot and cold.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
