How to make
-
1. Prepare ground pork.
-
2. Grind onions in a meat grinder or chop with a food processor. Add to minced meat.
-
-
3. Boil the rice in salted water until half cooked. Drain the water. Rinse the rice and add it to the minced meat.
-
4. Mix everything until smooth. Add selected spices, salt and pepper. Stir again.
-
5. Put the meat in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
-
-
6. From the resulting mince form balls. Fry them in vegetable oil on all sides until golden brown.
-
7. Transfer the dumplings to a heat-resistant container.
-
-
8. Fry the grated carrots in a pan.
-
9. Pour in the tomato juice and let it brew. Add salt and spices. With the resulting sauce pour the dumplings.
-
10. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake the dumplings in the oven for about 30 minutes.
-
-
11. Remove them from the oven. Put sour cream in the sauce and return to the oven for another 10 minutes. I do not immediately add sour cream to the sauce, as sour cream stagnates during cooking. I dont really like this effect, so I put sour cream at the very end.
