A very simple recipe for skewers, the meat may not last long marinate, but in the end barbecue very tender and fragrant. You can fry such barbecues, if the weather suddenly deteriorates, at home in a pan. Many chefs do not advise using ordinary vinegar when marinating meat, they recommend using apple cider vinegar. But I don't really like the taste and aroma of apple cider vinegar, so quite often I cook barbecue with the usual 9% vinegar. 3. Mix all spices, vinegar and water.

4. And in the resulting marinade, carefully roll up all the pieces of meat. Marinate the meat for at least 1 hour

5. Then we roll the meat on skewers and fry on coals. If you bake the barbecue in the oven or in a pan, we roll it on wooden skewers, which are pre-soaked in water.
