  • How to make
  • Wash the pork, dry it and cut it into strips.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan. Put the meat in the pan and fry well.
  • Wash and peel the vegetables. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the onion into half rings. Add the vegetables to the meat and cook them all together.
  • Add tomato paste to the meat and fry a little. Add the flour and mix well. Pour 0.5 liters of boiling water into the pan.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Do not forget to periodically stir the sauce. Add bay leaf, 5 peppercorns, salt and chopped dill to the pan. Turn off the heat and leave the pan to pour the sauce. You can serve boiled rice, pasta or mashed potatoes as a side dish.
