How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and leave for 10 minutes.

3. In a bowl we mix the flour, baking powder, salt. Add soft butter. Crush into crumbs with your hands.

5. Start stirring with a spoon. At first, the dough will be sticky, but gradually kneaded into a soft, flexible dough.

6. Cover the finished dough with a towel. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

7. While the dough rises, fry the nuts. If necessary, peel it off. In a blender bowl, crush into coarse crumbs.

8. Add honey to the crushed nuts. You may need more or less than indicated, since its consistency is different. Stir. The resulting filling should be quite thick, not liquid.

9. Roll out the dough into a layer 0.3 cm thick. Cut into strips 5 cm wide and 20-22 cm long. In the center of the strip put 1 teaspoon of filling.

10. Roll up the rolls. Repeat the process with the rest of the dough.

11. Line the baking sheet with baking paper. Put the prepared rolls, cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes. Then place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

12. After the time has elapsed, remove the rolls from the oven and remove from the baking paper. Transfer and cool well.
