How to make

1. Cut the pork ribs, wash them and, if necessary, chop them.

2. Cut peeled carrots into slices or smaller slices.

4. Fry the ribs in a pan over high heat until a delicious crust forms on both sides. Put them in a saucepan with a thick bottom.

5. Now fry the carrots and onions over medium heat.

6. Add onions and carrots to the ribs, pour boiled water, salt and simmer with cover for about 20 minutes

7. Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and add to the meat. Add spices to taste and simmer everything together for another 20-25 minutes.
