How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Wash the pork. Pat the pork dry with a paper towel and make incisions in the skin, making shallow cuts without reaching the meat.

3. Peel the vegetables and cut them into large pieces. Place them on the bottom of the baking dish. Place the pork on top of them, skin side down.

4. Pour water, it should only cover the skin, not reach the meat. Place in a hot oven and bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.

5. Remove the dish from the oven and turn the meat skin side up. Salt everything well, sprinkle with pepper and put bay leaves in the slits.

6. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes until browned. Remove the meat and leave for 10-15 minutes.

7. Take 150 milliliters of meat cooking juice from the baking dish. Melt the butter in a pan and add the flour. Stir-fry over low heat for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

8. Pour in the meat juice and cook, stirring, until it thickens.

9. Pour cream, salt and mix.

10. Bring to a boil while stirring and turn off. Slice the meat and serve with vegetables and sauce.
