How to make
-
1. This dessert is made with choux dough, which is not so difficult to prepare. The main thing is to maintain consistency.
-
2. First, we need to melt the butter (you can use margarine). Do not bring to a boil and stir constantly.
-
-
3. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and add flour. Knead the dough quickly.
-
4. Beat the egg and continue kneading the dough.
-
5. To bake churras, we need a pastry bag. Put the dough in it and squeeze it tightly.
-
-
6. If you do not have a pastry bag, take the usual thick bag and make a small incision in one corner.
-
7. Line the baking sheet with baking paper and squeeze out small pieces of dough. Strips of dough can be curly and even horseshoe-shaped, as well as a classic version of churros.
-
-
8. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. While our churros are baking, take a wide plate, pour sugar into it and add cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly. This will be our infusion.
