Fluffy inside and crispy exterior that's what biscuit waffles are. Prepare a classic biscuit dough and bake waffles from it - it turns out just unrealistically tasty! I regularly bake waffles according to this recipe and am very pleased with the result. It may turn out that they are not very sweet or vice versa, so adjust the sugar level yourself. During baking, waffles is perfectly distant from the working plates and does not stick at all - the dough behaves perfectly when working.

How to make
-
1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
-
2. Carefully divide the eggs into yolks, and the whites into separate clean and dry bowls.
-
-
3. Put the yolks in a spacious bowl, add sugar and vanillin.
-
4. Beat the yolks with a mixer with sugar until the mass turns white.
-
5. Put the whites in a separate clean and dry bowl and add a pinch of salt. Beat the proteins until stable peaks are formed. If you turn the bowl with the protein mixture upside down, the proteins will remain stationary - this will be the result of beating.
-
-
6. Put the whipped proteins in a bowl with a mixture of yolks. With a spatula, gently movements, while maintaining dignity, add the white mixture to the yolk mixture until completely mixed.
-
7. Sift the flour in parts, stirring the flour with a spatula with gentle movements.
-
-
8. As a result, the dough should get very fluffy, like a biscuit.
-
9. Turn on the electric waffle to heat up, grease the work plates with a thin layer of vegetable oil with a silicone culinary brush. I usually apply it only once. On the working surface of each electric waffle, put one tablespoon of biscuit dough. Bake waffles for 3-4 minutes.
