1. I really like to bake pork tenderloin steaks. Sometimes I also use the neck if I want juicier meat. Thanks to the dough, the steaks are surprisingly tender and soft.

2. Cut the meat into pieces no more than 1 centimeter thick. Before adding to the dough, salt and season. It is even better if you add all the spices to the dough itself.

3. Beat the meat on both sides with a kitchen hammer. I usually get about 12 steaks from a kilogram of tenderloin.

4. Now we make the dough: we beat the eggs with spices, salt and mayonnaise. It is not necessary to use a blender, this can be done with a regular whisk.

5. Gradually add flour and beat until thick sour cream. At the end, add the grated cheese and mix until smooth.

6. Dip the meatballs on both sides in the dough and put them in a pan. Fry them in vegetable oil over medium heat on both sides until nicely browned.
