Albanian meatballs will appeal to everyone. After all, they are made not from a whole piece or even minced meat, but from finely chopped meat. Everything is simple, juicy and very tasty! By this principle, you can cook not only pork, but also chicken, turkey, lamb. The minimum infusion time is one hour in the refrigerator, but the longer it is, the tastier the meat will be, but not more than a day. Cutlets can be served with any side dish.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse and dry the meat.

2. Cut the pork into small cubes and put in a bowl. Pieces of meat should be no more than one centimeter.

3. In a bowl with pork, beat the eggs, add sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.

4. Add starch and mix again.

5. Grate the onion on a coarse grater and add to the mixture, mix.

6. Put the mixture in the refrigerator and leave for at least an hour until the mixture is soaked and marinated.

7. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat over medium heat. Scoop out the meat with a spoon and form flat pancakes. Reduce the heat, fry them on both sides until cooked and turn golden brown.
