If you want to serve delicious pastries with tea or coffee, use the following recipe. The cake gets tender, non-dry, moderately sweet. The color and taste of the cake will depend on the jam you put in it. It is best to use sour jam, then the cake will not be thick. If there are large pieces of fruit or berries in the jam, then first the pieces should be finely chopped. Do not be afraid to add vegetable oil to the cake, it will become soft and you will not feel it at all.
