How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients.

6. Pour zucchini with boiling water, cover the jar with a lid, leave for 10 minutes. After a while, drain the water, bring to a boil and return to the jar again for 10 minutes. Repeat the procedure 3 times.

7. For the last time, drain the water into a saucepan, add salt and sugar, bring to a boil and pour vinegar, remove from heat.

8. Pour the marinade into the jar and immediately roll it up, put it upside down, wrap it, leave for a day. Store zucchini in the cellar.
