Many love pasta with minced meat it's simple, fast and tasty! Today I propose to prepare classic Italian pasta in Bolognese. It's noodles with a wonderful tomato and meat sauce. For bolognese noodles, any type of hard pasta is suitable. You can use ready-made minced meat, but it is best to make it at home. If desired, you can add basil, white or green pepper to the sauce. So that the prepared pasta does not stick, add a little vegetable oil during cooking or simply mix with oil when cooked.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the vegetables and, if necessary, peel them.

2. Pour vegetable oil into the pan with a thick bottom and add finely chopped celery. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion finely and add to the celery. While stirring everything, fry over medium heat for 7 minutes.

3. Wash the beef and cut into pieces, grind through a meat grinder with a fine grate. Put the mince in the fried vegetables and mix. Salt and fry everything for 15 minutes, stirring and breaking large pieces.

4. Add the grated tomatoes and finely chopped parsley to the pan. Sprinkle everything with pepper, add water and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes.

5. Chop the garlic and add to the sauce, stir and simmer the sauce for another 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and cover with a lid.

6. Boil the pasta in salted boiling water until tender and put in a sieve. Let the broth drain. Divide the pasta into serving bowls, pour over the sauce and serve immediately.
