How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Transfer the vegetables and saut� until soft.

3. Cut the cod into large pieces, remove the bones. Transfer to a bowl, add salt, fish spices, 50 grams of sour cream. Stir and leave for at least 30 minutes.

4. Peel the zucchini. Cut into slices no thicker than 0.2-0.3 cm.

5. Take a heat-resistant form. Pour 50 grams of sour cream into it, add half of the chopped zucchini, add salt and spices to taste. Mix it up. Spread the zucchini in an even layer.

6. Spread the cod over the zucchini layer. Pour the drained juice over the fish.

7. Place the fried onions and carrots on the cod.

8. Mix the remaining zucchini with 50 grams of sour cream, salt, add spices to taste. Place them on top of the onion and carrot layer. Cover the form with foil and place in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 40 minutes.

9. 10 minutes before the end of baking, remove the foil from the mold and leave the dish in the oven until the end of the time. After the time, take out the cod with zucchini and you can serve.
