Try this delicious and easy no-bake cottage cheese cake. I'm sure he won't leave anyone indifferent. Watch and write down the recipe! To prepare a curd cake without baking, you will need a couple of packets of gelatin, this will be the key to a successful souffle: soft, but not runny. Use non-fat cream. This cake can be made in many different colors, not just black and white. It's all up to your imagination!

How to make

1. The base of the cake will be cookie crumbs. Grind the cookies with a blender. Melt the butter.

2. Mix the butter and crumbs well. Line the cake pan with parchment paper (cut to the diameter of the pan). Put the cookie crumbs in the mold, press the base firmly, send the mold to the refrigerator to harden the base.

3. While the base hardens, prepare two curd masses of different colors. To do this, first dissolve the gelatin in different bowls. While it cools down, prepare the filling: mix cottage cheese, sugar and sour cream in a blender, divide the mass into two equal parts (you can simply divide the ingredients in half and make two different masses at once). Add a packet of dissolved gelatin to each half.

4. Melt the chocolate bar, pour the cream, mix well, no lumps should remain.

5. Pour chocolate into the second half of the curd mass, mix. We got two masses of stuffing.

6. Now take the cake form out of the fridge and assemble the cake: place 5 spoonfuls of chocolate and white curd mixture alternately on top of each other until you run out.

7. After completing the shape, draw a pattern with a toothpick: draw long lines at the edges of the shape and make small teeth towards the center, as in the picture. Send the cake to the refrigerator to set, preferably overnight.

8. To make it easier to remove the cake from the mold, you will need to slightly warm the sides of the mold. For example, you can simply blow with a hair dryer.
