For children, I make dumplings with semolina. The meat dumplings gets juicy and soft, semolina prevents the dumplings from falling apart. Here's a detailed recipe! Meatballs with semolina are prepared without rice, they are as if boiled in a creamy sauce, so they get unusually soft. Meatballs with semolina can be made of any size, but for children I make small ones so that they can eat the whole dumpling at once. You can use any minced meat, if your dumplings are eaten by adults, increase them and add spices to your liking.
