Meat pie with eggs and cheese can be served as a hot dish or as a cold snack. If your loin is small, it is best to take small eggs or cut them in half. If you don't like to slump with a whole piece of pork, you can make such a roll from minced meat.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

2. Peel the films and veins from the loin, cut lengthwise without cutting to the end and spread out. Beat the meat, salt, pepper and sprinkle with dry adjika.

3. Cut the cheese into thin strips and spread over the entire surface of the pork. Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Place them in one row with the cut side down.

4. Starting from the side of the egg, wrap the pork tightly.

5. Wrap the roll in baking foil and place it in a heat-resistant container.
