How to make
-
1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and put in a deep bowl. Carefully separate the whites from the yolks and add the latter to the cottage cheese. Stir until smooth.
-
2. Add a pinch of salt to the proteins, beat into thick foam. Mix sour cream with sugar (I do not recommend using too much sugar, it is better to sweeten the casserole before serving) and beat until a fluffy mass.
-
-
3. Add sour cream to the cottage cheese and mix thoroughly. Add the sifted flour. Carefully put the egg whites in a bowl and stir until the mass loses its dignity. For taste, you can add vanillin.
-
4. Cover the form with baking paper and grease with butter. Pour the mixture and level it. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
-
5. It is important to take care that our fluffy curd casserole turns evenly brown and the top does not burn. Then let cool slightly.
