You love pigeons, but don't want to bother? This recipe is for you! No need to turn your head with leaves and wrapping minced meat, and it will get it just as tasty. And tomato-sour cream sauce will give them a creaminess. In order for the lazy pigeons to be tasty and tender, all thick veins should be removed from the cabbage. Instead of white cabbage, you can use red cabbage, Peking cabbage or even aisberg salad. It is best to use mixed minced meat, thick and greasy sour cream.

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel and wash carrots and onions.

2. Rinse the rice well and cook in salted water over medium heat until half cooked. Put the rice in a sieve, rinse and let the water drain.

3. Put the mince in a bowl, add rice and grated onions. Salt, pepper and mix everything well.

4. Finely chop the cabbage and put in a bowl with minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly and beat until thick.
