I always remember with warmth in my heart my grandmother's baked goods. I also want to share one of her recipes. It's a curnik. Like all grandmother's recipes, this one is also simple and in simple ingredients. And will deliciously feed the family. There are many versions of the kurnik. In one, which the grandmother adhered to, it is written that this cake was made in front of the Cossack house "kuren" and this is how this name of the dish was born. [pork=pork] and even fish can be added to the filling. I offered one of the most economical baking options that even a newcomer in the kitchen can cope with.
