1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making pies with dried mushrooms.

2. Soak dry mushrooms for 8 hours and cook for 40-50 minutes until tender. Shake the mushrooms into a sieve and let the broth run off.

3. Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with vegetable oil over medium heat for 7-9 minutes until tender.

4. Grind the boiled mushrooms with a meat grinder and put in a pan with fried onions. Stir and bake for 5-10 minutes until the liquid evaporates. Remove the filling from the heat, salt to taste and sprinkle with pepper, cool.

5. Dissolve fresh yeast, salt and sugar in warm water. Pour in vegetable oil and mix. Mix half the flour with baking powder and add to the liquid. Mix everything until smooth. Gradually adding flour, knead the soft and homogeneous dough. Grease a deep bowl with vegetable oil and put the dough in it. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and put in a warm place to rise for about 40-60 minutes.

6. Divide the risen dough into equal pieces and form balls. Cover the dough with a towel and let rest for 10 minutes.

7. Roll out each ball and lay out the filling.

8. Form patties and place the seam down on a greased baking sheet or on baking paper. Cover with a towel and leave to rise for 10-15 minutes. If desired, brush the surface of the cakes with a beaten egg or milk before baking.

9. Place a baking sheet with cakes in a hot oven and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove the cakes and grease the top with vegetable oil. Cover with a towel and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
