Italian style dumplings is a great dish for lovers of European, namely Italian, cuisine. They are served with any side dish, but in accordance with tradition I serve with pasta. Sometimes I organize an evening of national cuisine in my family. Let's get acquainted with the dishes of different countries. Recently, I made Italian dumplings with spaghetti. The whole family was happy! The recipe is uncomplicated, the sauce is thick, the dumplings are saturated. I hope you have a great time in the kitchen!

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Chop the onions (all) and fry until it becomes soft and golden.

3. Mix the third part of the prepared onion and all the other ingredients for dumplings (eggs, salt, pepper, cheese, oregano and the mince itself) in a bowl.

4. From the prepared mass form balls of medium size.

5. Chop thyme (or other herbs to taste).

6. Add tomatoes, herbs and spices with chili peppers to the remaining onions. Sprinkle with lemon juice
