For cooking, you can take a ready fillet of haddock. If you do not have a fillet, it is better to freeze the fish a little (or not completely thaw it) so that the fillet separates well from the bones. Otherwise, haddock is very easy and quick to prepare.

How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Cut the carcass, remove all possible bones. Cut the fillet into pieces. Place one piece of fillet on a small sheet of foil and form a boat.

3. Peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings.

4. Cut the tomato into thin slices.

5. Put the prepared fish in the baking dish.

6. Salt each fillet, cover with sour cream, lay out the chopped onion. Place the tomato slices on top of the onion.

7. Spread the tomatoes again with sour cream, if necessary, add salt again, sprinkle with pepper. Sprinkle finely grated cheese.
