How good it is to open a jar of delicious compote on a cold winter day and remember the summer. Compote fragrant and with a pleasant sourness. Try the recipe! For compote, choose ripe berries, without signs of spoilage and dirt. It is best to wash them in a sieve under the shower, then berries will not crumble and the water will drain faster. For compote, it is best to use filtered water, it is softer and has less impurities. You can store such compote in a dark and cool place.
