In the summer heat, I highly recommend drinking tasty and healthy drinks. And one of them is currants and gooseberries with a rich taste and pleasant aroma [serach=compote]. Such compote can be cooked not only in the summer from fresh berries, but also from frozen ones. You can add any currants to the compote, not only black, and the proportions of gooseberries and currants can be adjusted. The amount of sugar depends on the acidity of the berries and your taste preferences.
