How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Wash cherries, remove leaves and twigs, damaged or overripe berries. You do not need to remove the seeds.

3. Fill the jar halfway with cherries. First you need to sterilize the jar.

4. Fill the jar with boiling water, cover with a lid. Leave it for 5-7 minutes.

5. Pour the water into the pot. Add sugar to water, stir and cook until completely dissolved.

6. Add lemon juice to the jar. Cover the cherries with sugar and water syrup. Close the lid. Store in a cool, dark place for a couple of weeks.
